Common Questions
I have a new shop can I be a vendor?
- Applications from new vendors are considered regardless of social media or website presence.
What is required of me?
- Approved vendors will need to provide 6 pictures (preferably in 500×500 square size) along with a 250 word write up about their business. The write up is to be both fun and informative for those who are reading it. No one wants to read boring stuff, like your reading now.
- Remain in good standing with website and buyers/users by honouring your prices and communication with them. This includes providing a reasonable and fair return policy in the case of disputes. Marketplace Niagara cannot and will not police interactions between vendors or vendors and buyers. Basically, if you’re going to do something shady you’ll be removed.
How long is my listing valid for?
- Currently listings will be kept as long as vendors want to keep them and maintain them. If a listing does not have any activity for over 3 months it will be removed.

- We do not accept vendors of spirituality, adult, crude, or potentially misleading based products
- We encourage fun between vendors and buyers and cannot guarantee that any will engage in fun.
